The CytoSMART Cell Counter application is connected to the Microsoft Azure cloud. Your Cell Counter data is available from any location. Simply visit our cloud page: cloud.cytosmart.com and login with your CytoSMART cloud credentials.
To keep track of your cell counts, we provide you with a customer environment. The first person to register your newly purchased device will become an admin for this environment. The admin will have a complete overview of the projects and cell counts.
After installation of the application and connecting the Corning Cell Counter you will be guided to the login page. If this is your first time you will have to create an account and register the device. Click the register button and fill in the Registration form.
After the creation of an account, you need to register the device as well.
To do that, log in with your newly created account. Then you will be directed towards the below screen as shown below. Enter the organization name against which you want the device to be registered. Click proceed.
The devices are already pre-registered with the license key. So, you just need to register the device by pressing "Register".
