Troubleshoot steps:
- Is your internet connection available?
- Use your web browser to see if there is trouble with your internet connection
- Does your network security block our cloud? Visit cloud.cytosmart.com in your web browser to verify
- In case you can not reach the cloud page, read the "Secured network" topic below
- Slow internet connection
- Connect your computer with a cable to the network
