Data will be removed from the CytoSMART cloud permanently after six months of the license expiration date.
You can access your data for 30 days after your license has expired. After 30 days of your expiration date, your experiments become inaccessible in the cloud portal. You then have five months to renew your license and reactivate your CytoSMART cloud portal. To renew your license, contact us at sales@cytosmart.com.
